A client since 2019, HORSEpro trusted StreamlineEquine, Lisa's freelance business, with their logo design and initial site build, as well as a re-branding and complete, fully custom, re-build of the site that launched in the fall of 2022.
The HORSEpro site is a streaming video subscription service for horse training content that includes approximately 2000 members and adds content weekly.

A look at the re-launch project goals and solutions:
PROJECT GOAL
Membership Management
HORSEpro owners needed a better way to manage their members that allowed for easier reporting and analytics, feedback on cancellation, and better integration with PayPal.
StreamlineEquine migrated the complete database of active and inactive members to a customized MemberPress platform. We built custom member reporting graphs and reinstated the PayPal integration. We were able to transition to the new membership platform silently with no input from existing members.
PROJECT GOAL
Updated Look & Feel
HORSEpro plans to add entertainment to their video offerings in 2023. They needed a new look to match their growth.
StreamlineEquine designed a new look for the site using a wider range of blue, darker backgrounds, and greater use of photography to appeal to new members who love the idea of a cowboy‘s life.
PROJECT GOAL
App-Like Functionality
While HORSEpro‘s budget isn‘t quite ready for a custom app, their users had requested features like autoplaying the next episode in a series.
StreamlineEquine built a video player that automatically plays the next episode in a series. We also rebuilt the taxonomy of more than 700 existing videos to allow more options for sorting, added features to allow users to favorite videos, and included functionality for saving the viewer's place in a most recently watched video.
PROJECT GOAL
Fundraising
HORSEpro‘s new entertainment series, Tin Top, is in the early stages of production. Site owners requested a built-in version of Kickstarter that wouldn‘t direct traffic away from their site.
We added this functionality with both Stripe and Paypal payment gateways. This includes a donor wall to highlight recent donations and allows anonymous gifts.
PROJECT GOAL
Site Speed
We moved the site to VPN hosting, significantly increasing the speed from the previous shared hosting. We also moved all the auto-play series trailers to bunny.net, a very affordable CDN that delivers them quickly even to rural users with slow connections.
We also built a custom theme and customized existing plugins to remove plugin bloat.
Tin Top
Tin Top, HORSEpro's upcoming drama series, needed a place to live on the new site where they could direct fundraising and investor traffic. They requested it to fit with the branding of the new site for consistency and brand identity, but asked for a solution to make it pop from the other content.
